Taman Bukit Jalil Running Club Moon Cake Party 25-9-2012 Tuesday, 7.30 pm. Children below 12 are free of charge. 2 Number of Participants: 150 - 200 person. 3 It is a fellowship event, there will be no run. Runner can have their own run early in 5.00 pm. stop at 7.30 pm and join our party. 4 In order to be more enviromental friendly, participants are encourage to bring their own plate, fork and spoon. 5 Electrical wiring, lighting, power, can be done by Mr Yap Foo Hooi. 6 Mr Chan Weng Kwai will get DBKL permit for the site. He will arrange 2 unit of tent 20" x 20". Tables and chairs. Baner, 7 Chong Yau Wei get 4 rela to help. 8 Try to get as many sponsor as possible. Including Lamb, beer, food and etc. 9 Lantent, Garbage beg, candles, lighter, paper plate, plastic spoon and fork, chop sticks. Tissue paper, iron wire, rafia string, 10 All club member must stay back for clearing and cleaning of the site after the event. 11 Invite our donor, sponser, supplier such as Marathon shop, to come and join our party.
