You may follow the following steps for on-line registration:
Step 1
Print the entry form from

Step 2
Complete and sign the form with all your particulars.
Step 3
Make payment with the following method:

When you deposit cash/cheque to our bank account, please ensure that you retain the deposit slip, write your name and phone number on the deposit slip and fax it to us together with the completed, signed entry form. You may scan image of the deposit slip and the completed, signed entry form and email to us.
You can make ATM transfer or internet transfer to our bank account via http://www.maybank2u.com.my . Please print the successful transaction slip and write your name and phone number on it and fax it to us together with the completed, signed entry form. You may scan image of the successful transaction slip and the completed, signed entry form and email to us.
Step 5
We will SMS to you our receipt number after received your faxed entry form and verified your payment. If you do not recieved our SMS after 2 days you have make payment, please phone us.
Step 6
Come to Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil on 12-3-2010 Friday Time: 1.00 pm – 7.00 pm. or 13-3-2010 Saturday Time: 10.00 am – 7.00 pm. Produce your deposit slip or successful transaction slip and I/c to collect your receipt and BIB Number.
